One to One (or 1:2)  Pain Reduction Course 

This course can help to reduce the amount of pain you feel. If you are in permanent pain it can help your relationship with it so you are not overwhelmed by it and you are less focused on it. Claire will teach you mindfulness principles that can be used with your specific pain and, if you wish, she will give you home practices to do and with practise you can bring about real change in your life. She also has guided practices on cds that can help you integrate mindfulness into your daily life.

The course can also help you feel more relaxed, healthier and more able to cope with the demands of life.

Claire can conduct this course in your own home or office space (local to Oban, Argyll) or you can come to Claire's studio on Seil.
