This course will help to reduce the amount of stress you feel whether it is work/home related or from living with chronic pain or illness. It will be tailored to your specific needs. You will learn how to reduce the stress as well as how to feel comfortable with any that you do feel. You will learn different practices that have been shown to reduce stress effectively.
Claire will give you home practices to do if you wish that you can use whenever you feel yourself becoming stressed or anxious. She also has guided practices on cds that can help you integrate mindfulness into your daily life and bring about real change in your life.
The course can also help you feel healthier, happier and more resilient.
