The Mindfulness Taster Class :- This class is perfect for those who want to find out what mindfulness is and how it works and to experience how it can help you personally. Claire will guide various mindfulness practices and show you how to introduce mindfulness into your everyday life. She will talk about the benefits of mindfulness and you will learn ways of how to be more relaxed.
From this, participants may wish to attend the 8 week MBSR course (or one of the other courses) to go into more depth and detail so that real change can be experienced.
Classes will run on various days throughout the year.
