If you are unable to attend, Claire also teaches mindfulness classes via Skype and Facetime which has proved to be very effective and participants have said it is very helpful as Claire can concentrate on their specific issues - pain, stress, depression or OCD etc.

Claire offers a number of different classes but the one she recommends most if you really want to integrate mindfulness into your life is the 8 week MBSR course designed by Jon Kabat-Zinn.
