Mindfulness Courses 

Claire is running online live mindfulness courses with group interaction.These are real time classes and not pre-recorded videos. These are VERY easy to sign up to and be a part of- participants do not need to be 'internet technically minded'. Participants are also able to join over the phone if they prefer. Claire can do a test with you in advance to show you how easy it is to see each other on-screen. Claire provides a supportive environment in which you can learn lifelong skills to reduce stress and pain and enjoy your life to the full.

Participants attending since March 2020 have said that online learning works as well as meeting up together and many have said they actually prefer it because they get the same mindfulness training, the feeling of connection with each other plus added benefits of not needing to travel, less time away from home as well as learning to be mindful at home rather than being mindful and calm in another space and then trying to learn how to bring that into their home environment. Also if you do happen to be away, there is the added advantage of being able to join the class from a different location. The online environment is a controlled, relaxed, safe, calm space where we often have the video function off so we can fully concentrate on the practices.

Claire offers a number of different classes but the one she recommends most if you really want to integrate mindfulness into your life is the 8 week MBSR course designed by Jon Kabat-Zinn.
