The Mindfulness Taster Class (One to One or One to Two) :- This class is perfect for those who want to find out what mindfulness is and how it works and to experience how it can help you personally. Claire will guide various mindfulness practices and show you how to introduce mindfulness into your everyday life. She will talk about the benefits of mindfulness and you will learn ways to be more relaxed.
From this, participants may wish to attend the 8 week MBSR course (or one of the other courses) to go into more depth and detail so that real change can be experienced. If so, part of the cost of this taster class will be deducted from the cost of the 8 week MBSR course.
Classes are 1 hour or 1 hour 30 minutes or 2 hours.
As it is a One to One class (or a One to Two), it can be tailored to your specific needs.
Claire can conduct this course in your own home or office space (local to Oban, Argyll) or you can come to her studio on Seil.
