Claire can conduct some classes by Skype, Facetime or over the phone for those who are unable to attend due to poor health, location or work schedules. These include the following classes:-

Mindfulness Taster, Mindful Movement, Meditation, Stress Reduction, Pain Reduction, Reducing Work Related Stress.

Claire also offers classes to deepen your own practise such as concentrating on the Sitting Practice.

Classes can be tailor made to your specific needs.
